Michaux Club’s founder Rachel Bonney and photographer Rosie Holtom have come together on a really nice campaign, featuring women doing things in the cycling world (who are also big fans of their wonderful bags) of which I am one!
“Our brand Michaux is inspired by the 1895 New York Based Michaux Cycle Club; one of the first organisations in the world allowing women to cycle in public and whose female members were considered figureheads for a new era of freedom.
Today we’ve gone back to our roots to meet the inspirational women who own our cycling bags, discovering their energy and independence parallel that of the original Michaux Cycle Club members who inspired us in the beginning”
I have been using my Michaux rucksack for almost a year now and I love it so was really happy to be interviewed for this.. Read my full interview here: 5 minute chat with Caz Nicklin
The other lovely ladies interviewed are… Journalist, Jude Brosnan. Loving her Mexican themed bike and look.
New Yorker and PR exec Brittany Garrett… a girl after my own heart, favouring the claret lightening rucksack.
And Jewellery designer and stylist Lizzie Burns…
I would highly recommend the Lightening Rucksack as a versatile bag for work and weekends. It comes in black and claret, £250. Shop all Michaux bags at Cyclechic
